Salisbury Cathedral and the water meadows

Make a real difference to people's lives, every single day

Join a Salisbury team that values kindness, consistency and the kind of care that feels like family.

Join a team that does things differently

At Cathedral Home Healthcare, we believe that the quality of care we provide starts with the quality of the people who deliver it. That is why we take exactly the same bespoke, thoughtful approach to our team as we do to the people we support.

If you are someone who genuinely cares about making a difference, who wants to build real relationships with the people you look after and who is looking for a role where your work truly matters, we would love to hear from you.

Why people choose to work at Cathedral Home Healthcare

The same familiar clients

Wherever possible, you will work with the same clients regularly, giving you the chance to build genuine, meaningful relationships rather than arriving somewhere new every day.

Competitive, reliable pay

Your hours and pay are always confirmed clearly and in advance. We also offer enhanced rates for weekend and overnight work, and mileage is covered for travel between clients.

A supportive, friendly team

Our team is small enough that everyone knows each other. Management is always reachable when you need guidance, support or simply a conversation.

Flexible hours that work around you

Daytime visits, evening support, overnight care and live-in placements mean there is genuine flexibility to find something that fits your circumstances.

Training and development

Every member of our team receives thorough induction training before they begin, along with ongoing support and development throughout their career with us.

Work that genuinely matters

Every visit, every conversation and every moment of reassurance you provide has a real and lasting impact on someone's quality of life and on their family's peace of mind.

What we look for in our team

Experience in care is valued, but it is not always the most important thing. What matters most to us is that you are kind, reliable, patient and genuinely interested in the people you are looking after. We will provide the training. The character has to come from you.

All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to starting with us.

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, for our clients and our team.
